Our Commitment to Quality

When we first conceived of Big Holiday in 2023, we set out to create clothing pieces we would be proud of - Our focus was not on a brand, but, instead, tangible clothing made with pride in design, material, how we make our clothes, and how they hold up. 

Fast forward to 2026, and we're beginning to see our vision become reality. It brings us great joy to wear our Big Holiday clothing and to sell our clothes to family and friends, knowing they're getting great quality for their hard earned money. 

In production, where at all possible, we utilize high quality natural fibers. Our shirts and sweatshirts are made from high quality 100% organic cotton - our caps include a plastic inner bill but, otherwise, are 100% organic cotton. Weaving, dyeing, cutting, and sewing is done by respected craftspeople - we don't chase the lowest cost. Post-production, our products are inspected to meet our quality control standards. 

Our products are delivered to our customers in premium EcoEnclose packaging, carefully selected for its environmental footprint and/or recyclability. 

Finally, our Refund Policy allows customers to return products within one year if they are not 100% satisfied. After one year, we will consider any items for return if they are defective due to materials or craftsmanship. This policy will be even more generous for outerwear and other products we have in the works for the future.
